  • We offer one time cost of our program. We do offer an option of a payment plan if requested. Please note that labs, supplements, hormones and prescriptions are an additional cost.

  • You have 48 hours to cancel or re-schedule. If less than 48 hours there is a $50 fee and a $75 fee for a no show.

  • We offer virtual visits to everyone in Minnesota. We offer in-home visit for patients within a 30 mile radius of Lonsdale.

  • No, we do not take insurance. We do offer payment plans. We accept most HSA/FSA and can provider superbills.
